During my Pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela, there was one phrase that constantly came to my mind. When I arrived in Santiago de Compostela, someone even handed me a piece of paper with this text:

Be the Change you Wish to See in the World

In the years since, I have played with this phrase a lot. It strikes me that as you make it shorter and shorter, it also becomes easier.

Looking at the man in the Mirror  

I have consciously and often unconsciously been playing with these two sentences for years. In 2020 very big changes have taken place in my life. One as a result of my own decision and the other just happened and death was very close. Then a number of things fell into place for me.

During this period, both sentences have come together for me and they form an essential sentence that motivates me, gives me direction and ultimately makes it very simple. My aim is to Be Myself and to Always Choose Love. I go to bed with this and wake up with this. I try to live by this every day and then I can look at myself in the mirror and recognize that:
